Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Haizel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you are free to refrain from signing up or using the service.

Haizel is a digital networking-card service that lets you present a profile and exchange contact details with others. Haizel is operated by Alba Creative Sagl, a company registered in Ticino, Switzerland. Access is currently by invitation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your login details secure. You must be at least 16 to use Haizel.

You agree not to misuse the service — including uploading unlawful content, impersonating others, infringing intellectual-property rights, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

You keep ownership of the content you add to your profile. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and display it as part of providing the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any images, logos, or names you upload.

New members may receive a complimentary guest pass for a limited period. After it ends, continued access may require a paid membership. Any pricing and plan details will be shown to you before you are asked to pay.

We work to keep Haizel available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. On termination, your profile is removed in line with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of the Canton of Ticino have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
